Return/Exchange Policy
Standard Policy:
We do accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return/exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
In addition to the above, as highlighted in our FAQ section, As we sell Jewellery you will appreciate our products are delicate in nature and need to be treated as such. We advise against excessive use in chlorine water and contact with bleach and other chemicals/soaps which over time can lead to corrosion on the pieces. The jewellery needs to be well maintained, we are not at liberty to offer refunds/returns on pieces that have tarnished or faded due to mistreatment.

No Refunds/Exchanges - Custom Pendants:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom pendant purchased. As these are commissioned made to your requirements and cannot be resold.
Unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect on the custom pendant. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product.
Please note we will need to be notified within 7 days of receiving the custom pendant of any defects as any defects after this period will be considered caused through negligence.
Faulty Products
Tarnishing or discolouration of silver or gold plated jewellery is not classed as a fault. All silver/gold plated jewellery will naturally tarnish over time due to the oxidation process. Tarnishing is not a fault and there are steps that can be taken to ensure your jewellery does not tarnish, please see our FAQs section for details on this.
Return Shipping
Returns do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
